With numerous retail sources pointing at an October release for Rock Band in Australia, our Aussie readers might be pretty excited - until they hear this rumor regarding the price.
Sources have told to expect the following exorbitant prices on Rock Band gear in Australia:
Rock Band software - AUD$120
Guitar controller - AUD$110
“Hardware kit” (Guitar/Drums/Mic) - AUD$290
That’s AUD$400 (USD$380) for what Americans paid USD$169 for. I imported the game for less than that.
