Blackwater recruiter James Overton is working on a kit that contains an Xbox 360, Guitar Hero and a projector, to drop from Blackwater cargo planes for troops in Afghanistan.

We're not sure how many of you are eager to spend money on Guitar Hero III DLC that's going to be obsolete in a few months, but those that are will be stoked to hear that the Guitar Virtuoso Track Pack is set for release on July 24 - featuring master tracks from Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Buckethead

Metallica has announced that their upcoming album "Death Magnetic" will be released as Guitar Hero III downloadable content on the same day the album is released. The band also states that there will be songs from the album available for the upcoming Guitar Hero World Tour, but it is unclear whether it will be the full album. via Metallica
